About Techaegis

Engineering-led systems integration for facilities that need dependable technology.

Techaegis Engineers Private Limited designs, supplies, installs and supports the technology layers that make modern spaces work: networking, server rooms, CCTV, video door phones, telecom, PA, access control, smart locks, automation, displays and fire safety.

Our strength is not only product supply. We take requirements seriously, verify the physical site, prepare practical designs, commission systems carefully and hand over documentation that helps clients maintain confidence after the project is complete.

What clients rely on

  • Requirement-led design instead of box pushing.
  • Site survey, drawings and physical verification before final BOQ.
  • Clean installation, labelling, testing and commissioning discipline.
  • Handover notes and support readiness for long-term maintainability.

How we think

We design from site reality, not brochure claims.

Many technology projects fail quietly: Wi-Fi looks strong on paper but drops in rooms, CCTV records but misses identification, access control unlocks doors without safe fallback, and racks become impossible to troubleshoot after the first expansion.

Our work is built to avoid those gaps. We look at floor plans and physical site conditions together, check device signals and cable paths, understand user behaviour, plan serviceability, then recommend systems that match the client's operational reality.

Technical depth

What sits behind our integration work.

Networking, server rooms and campus Wi-Fi

Structured cabling, racks, server-room setup, rack redressing, network diagrams, Wi-Fi coverage planning, firewalls, VLANs, VPN and secure remote access.

Security, access and safety systems

CCTV, video door phones, access control, smart locks, boom barriers, lift access, fire detection, suppression and emergency override workflows.

Installation, integration and commissioning

Site-ready execution across cabling, mounting, configuration, testing, tuning, user creation, lock release, recording, audio balancing and control logic.

Handover, documentation and AMC

As-built notes, configuration summaries, admin handover, user training, preventive checks and ongoing support for systems that must keep working.

Method

From requirement to maintainable handover.

Step 1

Requirement capture

We understand users, devices, risk zones, compliance needs, uptime expectations and future expansion before proposing equipment.

Step 2

Site survey and verification

We inspect drawings, routes, racks, power, wall density, mounting points, existing systems and operational constraints.

Step 3

Engineering design and BOQ

We convert the requirement into a practical architecture, product selection, scope boundary and itemised BOQ.

Step 4

Execution and commissioning

We install, configure, test, label, tune and demonstrate the system against the agreed purpose.

Step 5

Handover and lifecycle support

We hand over documentation, admin access, operating notes and support paths so the system remains maintainable.

Practical capabilities

The technical details clients rarely see upfront, but always feel later.

These are the details that make systems easier to operate, troubleshoot and expand after handover.

  • Server room setup, rack dressing and server-rack redressing
  • Network topology, rack elevation, cable route and as-built diagrams
  • Campus Wi-Fi coverage planning, AP placement and signal checks
  • Firewall rules, WAN failover, NAT, port forwarding, VLANs and VPN
  • CCTV coverage mapping, recording retention and secure remote viewing
  • Access-control policies, fail-safe/fail-secure logic and visitor workflows
  • Fire detection, suppression, evacuation behaviour and fire override integration
  • Display, PA, intercom and automation workflows designed for daily users

Principles

What we protect in every project.

Requirement before recommendation

We begin with what the site must achieve: uptime, safety, visibility, access control, communication, compliance or user experience. Hardware comes after the requirement is clear.

Physical verification matters

Drawings are useful, but real sites decide the final design. We check routes, racks, walls, Wi-Fi behaviour, power, civil readiness and service access before freezing scope.

Documentation is part of the work

Network diagrams, rack labels, cable schedules, camera maps, user policies, test reports and handover notes reduce dependency on memory after installation.

Support should be practical

AMC is not a slogan for us. A serviceable installation, labelled infrastructure and configuration records make future support faster and calmer.
